- Jim Martin is a Director of National Accounts and Advisory Relationships at Strategas Asset Management. In his role, he works with financial advisors and oversees national account relationships for the Strategas Asset Management product suite.
- Jim joins Strategas from Baird where he was a Financial Advisor with a top 25 team in Charlotte NC. Previously Jim was a Senior Regional Director with RiverFront Investment Group and a Regional Director with Eagle Asset Management. During Jim’s career, he has worked with financial professionals in 33 states with various levels of responsibilities. He has served as a mentor, coach, and friend throughout his career, working with financial advisors, branch managers, complex managers, and home office personnel to forge meaningful lasting relationships.
- Jim has more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry in ETFs, SMAs, Mutual Funds and various additional investment products having spent over 25 years working directly with financial professionals. Jim has a strong understanding of the important relationship that exists between financial advisors and their clients, as well as an extensive comprehension of financial services industry and product distribution.
- Jim resides in Charlotte NC with his wife Susan and their two daughters, Gerise, and Emily, He earned his BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University and his MBA from The Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. Jim also earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation at The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania. Jim enjoys golf, a good book, the Buffalo Bills, friendships, but above all, family time.
